Items which have been approved for a return to Manucomp should be sent in protective packaging to avoid damage during the shipping process. Any items which arrive damaged to us may not be eligable for a return.

Please make sure you have been assigned an RMA number for your return to avoid having the item sent back to you. Any items which arrive to us without an RMA authorization number will be sent back to their originating location.
