Overview
SA-Announce provides intercom paging over Cisco IP telephones and integrates with legacy overhead paging systems out of the box. SA-Announce 2.0 uses our proven broadcast engine and adds many user-requested features. SA-Announce offers more features than any other IP telephony paging system. Not only is SA-Announce feature complete, it is built with reliability and ease of administration in mind.

Features
- Define groups of users which you can page as simply as calling a phone number
- Supports both overhead intercom paging (single and multi zone systems) and text based messages to Cisco 7940, 7960, 7970 and Cisco IP Communicator phones

Cisco Call Manager Support
- Cisco Call Manager versions 3.2, 3.3, 4.x or 5.x.
- All servers are must have the same Call Manager version and Administrative ID and password.
- If applicable, all back-up Call Manager servers must use the same SQL SA ID and password.
- Web Access to IP Phones can not be disabled in CallManager.
- Cisco TSP required if using TAPI busy detection in order to enable TAPI Service Provider.
