SMARTnet is available in the following formats:
SMB (Small/Medium Sized Business) Support Assistant-
Provides you with online network management tools designed specifically for SMBs and support for routing switching, wireless, security, voice and VPN. The license gives minor software updates and 24/7 fault reporting.
SMARTnet Software Only (CON-SW)-
Provides you with 24 hour x 7 days a week x 365 days a year access to TAC, major and maintenance releases of Cisco IOS software and 24 hour x 7 days a week x 365 days a year access to Cisco.com
SMARTnet Advanced Replacement-
Provides you with one-off repair service and access to Cisco TAC for one incident and a single hardware replacement by the next business day.
No software upgrades are available.
SMARTnet (CON-SNT)-
Provides 24 hour x 7 days a week x 365 days a year access to Cisco TAC and Cisco.com. Also gives you major and maintenance releases of Cisco IOS software and advance replacement of hardware within a purchaced time period.
SMARTnet Onsite (CON-OS)-
Gives you 24 hour x 7 days a week x 365 days a year access to Cisco TAC and Cisco.com. Also provides you with major and maintenance releases of Cisco IOS software and onsite maintenance engineer and replacement of hardware within a purchased time period.
Advanced replacement of hardware parts are dependent on the coverage that you purchase:

24x7x2- advanced replacement parts, with or without field engineer, are delivered within 2 hours of determining that part replacement is required during a standard work week.
(24 hours per day, 7 days per week)

24x7x4- advanced replacement parts, with or without field engineer, are delivered within 4 hours of determining that part replacement is required during a standard work week.
(24 hours per day, 7 days per week)

8x5x4- advanced replacement parts, with or without field engineer, are delivered within 4 hours of determining that part replacement is required during a standard work week.
(8 hours per day, 5 days per week)

Next Business Day (NBD) (CON-MYSNT)- advanced replacement parts, with or without field engineer, are delivered the next business day between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. ( provided the request is received before 3 p.m. local depot time).
